NO CONTRACTS - NO PROBLEM
The youth training program is built on a training model geared towards athletics, but that doesn't mean you have to be an athlete to be in our program. Our membership based program is designed to teach the foundational qualities all great athletes have. We work on building strength, speed, balance, coordination, and confidence in our weekly classes. Each class is based off of age and skill level and there are never more than 10 kids to one coach.
We love our athletes, but we understand they can't always come to us because of their schedule. This is why we offer team training, camps, and combines. We work with your coaches to provide a sports specific camp that will teach speed, strength, and promote team unity! Our camps can be custom built to your schedule based upon availability. Camps can be anywhere from one session to multiple training sessions spread over weeks.
